Sparq needs to sync data between your Shopify store and its servers to power your filters and search in real-time. This sync happens automatically and store owners need not worry about this.

In a rare scenario where you would like to trigger manual sync to initiate a sync for your store, we provide an option in our dashboard to process the same.

You can click on the request sync button and the system will schedule complete sync for your store which. If you request multiple syncs, they will be queued and will be processed in sequence.

The duration of the sync will depend on the number of products in your store. We process up to 200 products per minute.
